This primer is called SUIT OF ARMOR BATTLE PREP FACE PRIMER for a reason! You put this on your makeup WILL NOT MOVE AT ALL! This Hydra-Shield primer is made in Italy but the company TEEEZ COSMETICS is in The Netherlands. This primer is creamy, it's hydrating, it's beautifully crafted and formulated! BE PREPARED TO GET STOPPED AND COMPLIMENTED OF THE "PERFUME" YOU'RE WEARING! I was stopped a total of 17 times in 1 day by WOMEN & MEN who just wanted to compliment me on my perfume or whatever scent I was wearing but it was only this PRIMER!! The smell isn't over-powering it's very subtle. This primer is creamy and goes on like an absolute DREAM.
