Clarifying & Renewing Serum
Thank you so much to Influenster and Exuviance for allowing me to try the Clarifying and Renewing Serum in exchange for a fair and honest review!
Oh wow, this is a FANTASTIC serum! It targets post acne marks by gently exfoliating (using neoglucosamine, a non-acid chemical exfoliant) and brightening/improving the appearance of uneven skin tone (niacinimide and licorice root). Fragrance free, it's gentle enough for daily am and pm use (which is what I do). It's got a thick, viscous texture that feels rather luxurious. A bit less than a dime sized amount covers the face well. It absorbs in approximately 30-60 seconds. Overall, I've been a really big fan!
It remains slightly tacky even after "drying down", but it does not affect the rest of the routine (eg, other serums, creams, etc). This was not something that bothered me at all since it is not the last step in the routine.
