This toner calms & soothes skin fast. It absords quickly and doesn't make my oily skin feel greasy or sticky. Apply to clean face with cotton pad or hands, tap to promote absorption. For intense calming, soak a cotton pad with toner & place on your cheeks, forehead & chin for 5 minutes. It has a light tea tree scent that isn't bothersome. It is alcohol free & it doesn't dry my skin out.
