Definitely leaves a mild tingling sensation afterwards, but tolerable. I have sensitive skin and although I could feel the tingling my skin did not get pink or irritated. Have not used long enough to notice a difference in skin tone/texture. However my skin does feel more refreshed and clean afterwards.
