Banila Co. - Newtoskincare review for Dear Hydration Toner

The no-face ghost from Spirited Away pen captures my expression for this toner because I really don't know what to say about it. My face is literally -_____-  😑 (like the ghost right?) Sometimes I see the results and sometimes I don't. I am pretty disappointed. Anyway, here are my thoughts! 𝔹𝕒𝕟𝕚𝕝𝕒 ℂ𝕠 𝔻𝕖𝕒𝕣 ℍ𝕪𝕕𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕋𝕠𝕟𝕖𝕣: It claims to be a toner that adds moisture, removes impurities and helps the skin to glow naturally. It also should improve the skin's natural defence system. My initial thought is "????!!!!, why does it feel like scented water??". The scent is pretty strong and somehow my nose just can't get used to it. I definitely do not feel hydrated nor does it add moisture to my skin. After a few consistent usages, I can confidently say I am not impressed at all. The toner on its own is neither good nor bad but when is compared to all other Korean toners, man, this is so disappointing. You would think it is as good as its cleansing balm, but nope. Anyway, no, I don't recommend purchasing this nor would I repurchase this. It may feel nice as it has a slight cooling effect but you really don't get much out of it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
