I am an adult who uses this product on my face, so my review will be based on its use as a facial cream- though I'm sure this is also excellent for use on babies! :^)
I have very dry and sensitive skin with eczema, and I need a lot of moisture to keep my face from feeling dry and tight throughout the day. This product is my favorite moisturizer to use as a daytime occlusive to keep moisture from evaporating off my skin, especially during the dry months. It has a cushiony, clear texture that works incredibly well at sealing in moisture without feeling greasy or heavy. It also has no added fragrance and is effective at calming irritation. My absolute favorite thing about this product is that it dries down matte and silky, so you get all the benefits of a rich cream without any greasy or sticky finish.
Definitely recommend this for both babies and adults who struggle with dry, sensitive skin and eczema.

There are two downsides to this product- the biggest one is that you cannot apply it to wet skin without it pilling up and turning into an unpleasant, grainy texture. This can be a problem even if you're using it as intended on a baby, so it's important to keep in mind if you plan on using it straight after a bath or washing your face. The second is that it doesn't tend to play well under foundation or any other silicone-based products, though that's less of a big deal since most won't be looking to use it for that purpose. It sits perfectly fine for me under sunscreen, however!
