NL54 review for Pretty Filter Glassy Skin Balm

I have been primarily using this balm as a primer, as recommended, before applying makeup since I prefer to use a thicker slewing mask at night. I have found it to be quite moisturizing and easy to apply. It soaks in quickly, which is important if you are using it under makeup. I noticed that this stopped my foundation from settling into my lines/creases like it sometimes does. As an added bonus, the packaging is gorgeous!
