JillF review for Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water

So I thought I would stop using cleansing water after I discovered cleansing oil and balm, but now I have changed my mind. I mean look at this beautiful thing. It's satisfying to watch, gentle, effective in cleansing, and super moisturizing. I tested this cleansing water with waterproof mascara (gently pressed and held the pad over my lashes for a few seconds), and it did a great job removing it. It contains brown rice bran, panthenol, and castor oil to promote cell turnover, lock in moisture, and keep skin barrier.
