It is super goid at hydrating skin and lowering skin temperature. I usually use it in my morning routine before makeup. The fabric if this pad is very thin like sheet mask and stays on my face very well.
If you like to wipe your skin using to er pads, this might be a little bit uncomfortable. It wiggles a bit when I wipe my face with it because the pad is too thin
