This is exfoliating toner type, it has watery texture that fast to absorbed. The scent something like acid, lemon, and tea tree scent. 🤔🤔 I use this after i cleanse my face before hydrating toner, the first i patched test first on under my chin area, that area has acnes that time. After this, i use hydrating toner and more layer moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated. I usually use acid to treat my acnes, and this helpful. So now i use it to treat my under chin area. Hope this helpful to reduce it.
