For sunburns its not as cooling upon application like aloe, but after applying liberally to red sunburnt skin, it removed all redness in a few hours, something aloe had failed to do. Kept reapplying throughout the day and it felt like it sped up the healing a lot. I also use this as a lightweight facial moisturizer to my super sensitive skin, and it worked fine. It didnt create any problems or any long term benefits.
