PattiL review for Matcha + Chia Cleansing Cream

Kitao Matcha & Chia Cleansing Cream - a rich cleansing cream that dissolves makeup and oil, transforms into a cleansing milk when you add water. Apply a small amount to dry skin and massage around, and water to emulsify then rinse clean. I use this as a first cleanse. A little goes a long way. My skin feels very clean & hydrated.
