KORA Organics - morgancita review for Milky Mushroom Gentle Cleansing Oil

On a first look, the box that housed my cleansing oil was thin and a little worse for wear from shipping, but the bottle itself was intact. The bottle is both minimalist and gorgeous with its components visibly separated while undisturbed. It looks a lot cooler than it sounds, trust me. I heard from others that they don't adore the smell, but personally it smells serene and earthy, akin to the woods after a heavy rain. After a good shake to mix it up, I applied the recommended 2 pumps of product. It might be a good idea to apply the product to your hand or a sponge because the product, while creamy, is incredibly thin and comes out of the pump quite quickly. It goes on really smoothly and soaks down into your skin. I didn't have any burning, tingling, or irritation from it, which as someone withs always a blessing. Although the product felt great on my skin, I honestly don't know how much cleaner it felt overall, but maybe I'm just not used to cleansing oils yet. I do recommend using the double cleanse method or alternating this with another cleanser every few days! Side note: This product does contain lactic acid so if anyone doesn't already wear sunscreen, please apply some after using this product.
