Veganifect Clean & Glow Green Barley First Essence This is a first essence toner formulated using succinic acid, 82% rice bran water and green barley to soften skin texture and hydrate the skin. It offers hydrating, skin softening and sebum regulating properties. Characteristics: - lightweight watery consistency - feels refreshing and non-sticky on the skin - (but strangely) if rub can see bubbles forming so I prefer to use it in the morning as exfoliating toner or morning cleanser - best used on cotton pad to hydrate and wipe away dirt and excess sebum - very gentle, doesnt dry or irritate out the skin
