Oulac is an affordable makeup brand from Hong Kong. The colors are highly pigmented and look very pretty. I like the high shine gloss, because it black be worn alone or topped on top of other lip color products to create a beautiful laquer shine. Each lip product is under $10, making it extremely affordable and accessible.
I think the quality of ingredients can be improved, to add hydration and nutrients to the delicate lip area. I'm not going to complain too much for a highly pigmented product being so affordable.
