So I need a toner that is light but must be able to hydrate well. This toner is just what I want. The texture is watery, quickly absorbed, and does not leave a sticky feeling on the skin. It has a unique scent, between sweet and floral, I can't identify it, but it's not very strong. This toner is suitable for layering because it is not heavy at all. My skin feels fresh and hydrated even though it's only one layer.
