My Experience: It has a very hydrating and somewhat slippery and viscous texture which dries down quickly. My dry and dehydrated skin feels deeply hydrated and quenched after using this toner. I use it both in my morning and evening routines and have found that my skin has gradually become even toned and brighter and the hydration lasts for a long time if paired with other products. It preps the skin very well for additional layers and also works well under makeup. I did not experience any irritation or breakouts during testing of this product.
