I highly recommend Benefit Cosmetics 24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel. The brush gives you perfect precision. It dries down fast and looks very natural. It does not get crusty or cakey. Doesn't leave white flaky particles in your eyebrow. It goes down fast and dries to perfection. Your brows will stay exactly where you put them. You can use this over eyebrow pencils, and it does not smudge or smear all over your face. I love that the applicator is adorable.
