I've been a retinol user for several years, having said that it is an ingredient one must introduce slowly into their routine as it can be quite strong for some skin types. I've started every other night using it as it's new to my routine, it does recommend increasing this gradually. I found doing this I had no irritation, no dryness or reactions. This must be used at night and I've applied it to target areas like the lines on my forehead and around my mouth. This far waking up with very smooth skin and wrinkles less apparent.
