Hydrates - ✔ Yes Plumps - ✔ Yes  Strengthens - ✔ Yes What more can I say! This eye cream for me really does live up to what it claims. My under eye area feels very healthy and hydrated. The formula isn't super thick. It has is a lovely spreadable consistency which absorbs so well into the skin.  It's taken me so long to open and use this eye cream, I wish I had tried it sooner it's amazing. This is now empty and will be looking to repurchase soon.
