Oat-in Silky Toner
Another great toner I loved. It is more watery than the COSRX but equally hydrating if layered up. I used this shortly after I finished a mini Iβm From Rice Toner. To me, the effect was the same and the Purito is much more affordable.
Nothing to add this was great
