Beautywithhunnie review for Perfect Oil to Foam Cleanser

I received this product for free from Picky and PRIMERA in exchange for my honest review. This cleanser is very interesting. I typically do double-cleansing at night, and I would first use a cleansing oil or cleansing balm to remove my sunscreen and makeup, then I would use a foamy cleanser to cleanse my face. However, this Primera Oil To Foam Cleanser is a 2-in-1 product. It helps replace my double-cleansing steps into 1 step. It is initially in an oil foam, and I can remove my makeup and sunscreen with it. Then, I just need to add some water and it would be lathered up into a foam cleanser, making it easy in my routine. It is fairly effective to remove my makeup (including eyeliner) and the foam cleansing part also does a good job. My skin feels fresh and clean afterward without any feelings of the moisture being stripped away. A great addition to my skincare routine!
