akirE review for Jelly Dough Blusher

This blush has such a fun texture, it's bouncy and jelly on the pan and when you apply it it transforms into a powder. When I first saw the shade I thought that with my ghostly skin it could have been a little too neon but it's actually a cute soft pink, even though it's very pigmented so don't use it too much or the effect won't be that cute 😂
