Hatomugi Skin Conditioner
I bought this during my stay in Japan.
The most noticeable aspect would be the big, generous bottle (500ml) and cheap price of this product.
This mild toner contains coix seed extract to moisturize and prep skin for the skin care products that follow.
I like to layer this a few times as one layer is not enough for my dry skin. This should work for all skin types as it is watery, yet hydrating if you go for more layers. You can make it adapt to your needs
It has a white milky color and absorbs well. Takes some time but gives glowing skin and I love it! I bought a second bottle to take home!
The texture is way too watery and the opening of the bottle impractical. I bought a spray bottle and always fill that up so I can use it as a toner spray because it's impossible and messy otherwise.
Could be more hydrating but I still like it a lot as it is refreshing
