📍SIMPLE Soothing Facial Toner -This toner is very gentle to the skin, where it don't cause irritation in any way possible. I'd say this is a very friendly toner as it would suit all skin type, especially sensitive skin. -Extremely lightweight, and it's water based texture that absorbs to skin very well. No stickiness feeling upon applying. Anyone can apply more layers of this toner. I personally apply 3 layers at once to boost the hydration. - It leaves your skin smooth after using. AND SURPRISE! This toner contains NIACINAMIDE which can help brighten the skin and reduce pores. It also contains Citric Acid, an AHA, as well as witch hazel and Panthenol. I personally like the ingredients. They look very basic! 🏆I'd give this an 8/10
