Mugwort Super Calming Toner💚 Such a lightweight toner. It feels nice and calming and helps to prep the skin for makeup application. I find it to be gentle and hydrating, it is suited for acne and sensitive skin in mind. New favorite toner! Mugwort contains antioxidants that help protect the skin from environmental factors!! It also helps treat acne and scars. Thank you Picky!!!
