Pigmentclar Eyes Dark Circle Skin-Evening Corrector
Applicator is really good. It gives the right amount of hydration around the eye area without making it greasy. Easily absorbed into the skin.
I donโt think it gives a very immediate and immense change in the visibility of dark circles. Maybe consistent and repeated use can give much more results.
