This is an exfoliting toner. It does wipe off the dirt, dead skin cells and the stuff off of your face. And as a set this also helps with that micro peeling situation.

This is extremely drying and it has quite the strong scent.
And as a exfoliating toner in a set, you have to use this everyday....TWICE
My skin was screaming, and hella angry. It has sensitized, it's red, some itchy part.
And like the soap, this also sting my face.
It just wasn't pleasant.
