Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover
The claims hold up! It removes eye makeup incredibly well and quickly, too. I like that this is free of fragrance and drying alcohols. It doesn't ever sting or hurt my eyes, but it does kind of make them blurry for a second which I reeally get freaked out about lol. I also love any product that lasts a long time because it means less plastic waste!
Since learning more about skincare and what brands I value, I personally have grown to dislike Neutrogena. Also since learning more about the ingredients in this product (thank you picky!) I don't love the look. 😬😬 I will not purchase again as there as plenty of effective makeup removers that have ingredients that I don't worry about unlike this one (and plus I rarely wear makeup now lol).
