☀️ Fresh Herb Origin Sun Block SPF50+ PA++++ (50ml) This sunscreen is formulated with sebum-regulating extracts including lavender, chestnut, green tea, and cranberry, along with patented Sepicalm and water lily extracts. This has a lightweight, creamy consistency that’s easy to blend and quickly absorbed by the skin. Compared to the Sun Essence, this has a lighter cream texture that’s more comfortable to wear on my oily skin. This has a herbal and slightly floral scent that combines the natural aromas of its botanical ingredients, such as green tea and lavender extracts. This leaves a smooth, matte finish on the skin. Both sunscreens don’t feel greasy or sticky on the skin. I haven’t experienced any stinging sensations on any parts of my face either. These sunscreens offer broad-spectrum protection without worrying about any trace of white cast. Both come in tube packaging, only that the Sun Essence comes in a more elegant look compared to the simple one of the Fresh Herb. Moreover, these are hybrid types of sun protection, meaning they contain both physical and chemical UV filters to protect the skin against the harmful rays of the sun. Between the two, I prefer to wear Fresh Herb more on a daily basis, considering the weather we have here in the Philippines. It feels more comfortable on my oily skin. But both sunscreens are good options for daily sun protection. I would suggest the Sun Essence for those who have normal to dry skin types, as well as those with aging skin. While the Fresh Herb, in my opinion, would suit those with a combination of oily skin types better.
