Camelliaskinensis review for Balance One Step Facial Essence

✨ This is a bi-phase product that combines toner, essence and serum in a single step, though I’ve been slotting it in as an essence. This contains five different oils, including macadamia, sunflower, squalane, jojoba, and apple seed as well as birch sap moisturizer, and shaking the bottle creates an interesting texture of oil bubbles suspended in liquid. It also has ferments (lactococcus and bifida), which luckily are not seb derm triggers. This particular variant, Balance, is created for dry skin to restore moisture and improve texture. ✨It’s lightweight and slippy and does take a while to absorb — I wouldn’t use this in hotter weather but it’s perfect for this time of year, when wind and rain (and constant airconditioning, too, as it’s events season for me) dry me out much faster. I use a few drops in the morning and twice the amount at night. I like how this really locks in moisture and keeps my skin from drying out throughout the day.
