This toner has a watery texture, very lightweight, and has a mild medicine-like scent. Panthenol is such a great ingredient it has anti-inflammatory properties. Upon using this toner I notice that it improve my skin's hydration, elasticity, and leaves my skin a smooth appearance. I prefer using this with a cotton pad and leave it for at least 10 minutes to soothe the irritated part of my face. Overall, this is such a great toner, it's gentle and prevents my skin from breaking out.
