Maybe it's because the product is shipped from Korea by airplane. (I think its fine right 🤔) -It has light green colour texture and it feels creamy and soft. 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬, which is a plus for me as i dont really like overwhelming fragrance smell in my skincare :D -Just take a slightly bigger pea size, lather it around 15 secs with some water and you are ready to dump it on your face. After cleansing, my face feels fresh and clean but there's no hydrating feeling and my face has this squeeky clean feeling at the end. (dry skin might not like this) So, I tried to leave my bare face for 1 hour and I don't sense any tightness and dryness feeling.
