intnsfura review for Rice Toner Pad

This is my first toner pad! I love how it’s hydrate and keep my skin moist while give glowing effect. This toner pad was super rich with essence. For sure, it’s helpful to brighten up skin tone. It’s also strechtable and big enough to cover my cheeks and forehead. I never tried I’m rice toner but I pretty sure that I’ll love it if I try. I love anything about rice 🍚🤍
