I received Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo from Topbox free for my honest review. Both are made with Fair Trade Shea butter. The shampoo is made with 100% virgin coconut oil with coconut milk and acacia senegal. The shampoo is sulfate free and color safe, which is great for my highlighted hair. Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo is for all hair types as well. The shampoo now has new and improved creamy lather, per the statement on the bottle. I have used this shampoo several times so far. I like the shampoo for the most part, as it does make my hair feel and look clean and soft. I tend to go 2 or 3 days between washing my hair. I've noticed since using this shampoo by day 3, I need to wash my hair as it looks and feels oily vs my regular shampoo. Also, even though the shampoo claims it has new and improved creamy lather, it doesn't give as much lather as I'm use to getting from other shampoos. I will say the shampoo does have a nice, creamy texture, which easily helps spread the shampoo throughout my hair. Regardless of all my small issues with the shampoo, I will say my hair does seem to have more body than usual and, as stated earlier, feels and looks clean and so soft. I do enjoy how soft my hair feels after using this shampoo. I also enjoy the smell of Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo as it smells like coconut scented body lotion. Do I see myself purchasing Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo in the future? Possibly, as it does make my hair look healthier, but I don't see this shampoo becoming my go to shampoo. However, if you are looking for a shampoo that has organic natural amd fair trade ingredients, as well as cruelty free, ethically traded, sustainably produced from a family owned and operated business, I would say purchase Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo. I believe you will not be disappointed.
