Pimple patches are all the rage right now, and for good reason. In addition to protecting pimples and preventing you from picking at them, they help heal ones that have come to a head, because the hydrocolloid material that they are made out of help absorb pus and other secretions. I usually find that they help my zits heal faster because of these qualities. I've tried a few different patch brands, but none of them were particularly right for my skin or acne type.
