Bhumi - SeptiaR review for Resurface Mild Exfoliating Toner

This toner just perfect for daily exfoliation, mild and non drying. I feel like it truly clears my dead skin cell and leave my skin feeling smooth and soft. The texture is watery. I use cotton pad when applying it.
