Even though the product name has gel written in it, the texture is actually a watery lotion, but it still spreads and absorbs quickly into the skin. May look white at first but disappears within a minute after absorbed. Has a semi matte finish that doesn't feel heavy so it also feels nice to be reapplied throughout the day
