Clean & Clear - karinaherdani review for Essentials Oil-Control Toner

I've been using this at least for 5 years hehe. I'm always using this as my base toner when I wanna prep my skin first before start to using my skincare routine. I'm use this as toner exfo for make sure all residu or dirt when I was washing my face really gone away. Because I was livin' nomaden hehe so you know we don't know the water that we used is clean or not and so far it's helpful for removes dirt after clease with facial wash. Normally people using micellar but I'm not get into it.
