As recommended way of usage, I applied the product in between toner & serum twice a day. Since I lived in a tropical country with a warm temperature, I prefer using only the essence and serum in AM routine. Then I proceed with the rest of the steps before sleeping. Upon application, it immediately get absorbed to my face. There is an initial slight sticky feeling that disappears really quickly. The lightweight watery texture is my favorite feature since it sits comfortably to the skin like your not layering a product.
