Seraphine Botanicals - ColleenDoc1996 review for Camelina + Strobe - Luminizing Primer

I recieved this in my monthly IPSY Bag, and was surprisingly impressed! I had never heard of the brand, so my expectations were low. I have a whole bag filled with primers that I have bought or recieved...most used once. This primer goes on very sheer...almost velvety. This layers great under makeup, without that awful pilling I've found all too common.
