LabNo - sparklesandnargles review for Cicaloe Water Soothing Cream

If you've been following me for a while now, you'd probably know that Cica and Aloe are two of those ingredients that I have always loved, so I was truly excited about this. And you know what? It did not disappoint! Love the lightweight formula - - it's like a cream and gel hybrid. It easily sinks into the skin, calms the skin down, and makes it look smooth. I think the formula is even better during colder weather, but it works fine even in this heat. I also like using this on my neck and nape, esp when I have prickly heat - - bec again, summer in the Philippines is no joke.
