My skin is pretty bad I have a lot of PIE and it's seems like I also have some PIH, when I do break out I don't get those small pimples but the ones that are under the skin. I will say my acne has gone a bit under control on my cheeks but I still need to get rid of the spots that get left behind. Anyways I want to try tretinoin but unfortunately my dermatologist prescribed me the 0.05% I haven't tried it because I heard that you have to try a lower dose first. My dermatologist didn't leave a big impression on me for the first time so I don't know what to do. Should I try the high dose first or should I get a lower dose prescribed. Let me know your tips for tretinoin please!

I just changed my skincare routine about 3 days ago and my skin feels dry with this moisturizer I would really hate to stop using it because it was in my opinion expensive. What should I do? Should I wait for my skin to get used to the moisturizer?
Can I apply another moisturizer, or should I buy a Hydrating serum?

skin feels dry

I'm recently going to a facial spa with sessions that can help improve my skin overall. It's a simple place but it's so relaxing to go there, I do have acne prone skin and many scars like PIE and PIH so I guess you could say that I have nothing to lose, I have a very good feeling about this place too.
But anyways I just wanted to hear your experiences on facials was it a good experience or was a traumatic experience?

Spot Treatment

I've been using adapalene 0.01 prescribed by my derm for more than 3-4 weeks I haven't had a major purge but I have gotten the normal breakouts which for me are deep cysts anyways I haven't been doing much with my routine but with the same old products 
-cleanser
-moisturizer 
-sunscreen
I want to know what products I want to add for my hyperpigmentation or to overall boost my routine, I have been thinking of purchasing cosrx snail musin for a long time
I also want to know if I can exfoliate if so what products?

Products to pair with adapalene

Nothing really bad just keep in mind that it is a oil cleanser

Love this cleanser it&#39;s simple to use and it takes off makeup effortlessly, I randomly broke out and got some cyst I then decided to use this as a double cleanser and now my cyst seemed to calm down. I do have combination skin I get an oily t zone (just as a reference I am 15 years old)

Not the best but not the worst Leaves you with a glossy look but doesn&#39;t quite hydrate for someone who has combo skin. Had to apply multiple times once because my skin felt to dry. At least it doesn&#39;t seem to break me out, But it isn&#39;t the best combination considering that the face wash contains salicylic in it you would think that this moisturizer would give you great Hydration.

This is my first sunscreen, luckily it didn&#39;t break me out. Leaves a white cast and it makes me feel super oily throughout the day. I believe there are better sunscreens out there but because it doesn&#39;t clog my pores or anything I still will give it a chance. Texture wise it&#39;s pretty thick

So far nothing bad for me didn&#39;t break me out!

I liked how it left my lips feeling soft and smooth doesn&#39;t seemed to dry my lips out after it dries, the pink tint doesn&#39;t seem too much so its perfect to use anytime

If you combine this with other Niacinamade products then you may experience slight piling!
But that is why layering your products is important

The axis y complete no stress sunscreen is my absolute holy grail!
-i used to hate putting on sunscreen because of the oily feeling which would honestly ruin my skincare routine (am I the only one?) I was convinced that all sunscreens were like that. But when I bought this sunscreen I was super surprised!
A few things that I liked which are listed below include the spf level which is something that I absolutely needed since I suffer from PIH or/and PIE I also love how this feels like a medicine to my skin with its benefiting ingredients such as squalene, mugwort and others
