Hi, I recently just recivered from rashes, which happened to occur on my face. And due to medicine, my skin has became dehydrated and somehow my skin barrier is damaged. It's because even my basic skincare, moisturizer and sunscreen leave itchy tingling feeling every time I put them on my skin.

Since the day I got the rashes, I reduced my skincare and only stick to the basic: cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen only. But somehow currently even the moisturizer and sunscreen would always made my skin feel itchy and tingling, even only for 1-2 minutes. If I don't put any moisturizer, the dehydration would made my face feels so tight and hard to move a muscle. 

I need to know, what should I do or what is recommended so that this recovery phase is not stressful. Because I'm quite stressful with current condition. 😭

Note that I have oily combination skin. I do dehydrated skin condition before this, but after the rashes and medication, the dehydration is worsening where my skin became rough, flaky, itcy and tight.

I was supposed to receive products from I'm from for review with a deadline on 7th February.

I've been emailing to the Picky team since 1st February asking for tracking number.
The tracking number in the email cannot be tracked.
Every email I sent to Picky were replied by 'be patient with your parcel'.
Even when I click to report, it will direct me to the apps for fulfillment. There's no form or what so ever to complain about this issue.

And now I've been receiving email warning that my account might be blacklisted.

Does anyone else have the same issue?
What should I do?

Giveaway products never arrived. Help me.

I have oily skin with dehydration issue. I notice that the area around nose bridge and cheek are dehydrated. I can see fine line. The skin that are is obviously dehydrated as it looks shiny dry (if you can understand what I'm trying to say). I tried using different hydrating products, even sleeping mask every night and that problem doesn't seem to solve. And that particular area tends to have high sebum activity especially cheek under my eyes (that's another reason why I believe that area is dehydrated). 

My skin is not that bad. I don't have tightness or flaky skin. It's just I can see that the area is dehydrated with very visible fine line. 

Could you suggest any product or routine that I should include in my daily routine

Does anyone have the same issue as me? I cannot apply for giveaway. When I click 'APPLY' there's a notification saying my address was not written correctly. I tried edit my address almost five times but the same problem occurs.

So far I have no bad experience with the product.

I use the peeling gel according to the instructions and I love it.

Everytime I use this two days after using a chemical exfoliator, my skin will immediately feel smooth and clean.

I love how the gel start piling gently on the skin and doesn't irritate the skin at all.
And it's so easy to use.

For those with sensitive or dry skin, I would really suggest this kind of peeling gel.

So far nothing bad from me. It just after the serum dried, you must quickly move to the next step to not let your skin feel tacky.

The serum has almost watery testure with a light brown color.

It claims to be a serum that could help with hydration, soothing and acne care.
So far I love using it.
It does give instant hydration upon application.
It glides so easily and dries quickly.

So far, after two weeks of application, I love how my skin now.
Less dark spots and always looking fresh♥️
Plus, I rarely get any acne now😉



‼️It contains a few essential oils such as bergamot, lavender and rosemary. If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to this, do avoid using this mask.

🙅‍♂️Few things I don't like about this mask
- It does not come with a spatula, so I had to use whatever I have (it's good that I have a spatula for masking)
- It has a strong smell, maybe due to essential oils in it.

A good clay mask for dehydrated skin like me!

I like how it doesn't dry out easily.
You still need to wash it off after 5-10 minutes to maintain your skin barrier and avoid oil stripped condition.

It feels cool during masking.
It gives a fresh and supple texture after washing off the mask.
A thin layer of mask would just do fine.
Love the mask texture, a nice consistency for masking.

⚠️If you do leave the mask longer than the suggested time, you'll feel your skin tighten in the next 24-36 hours - in my experience.
So, you will need extra hydration if you did leave the mask longer than it should.
Even though it doesn't dry out, it still can dry out your skin if prolonged usage.



In terms of reaction nothing bad.

However if you have dry skin or dehydrated skin, when spreading the sunscreen it does feel a bit tacky but just for few minutes.

Overall, nothing bad from my experience.

It's a hydrating sunscreen without any whitecast.
I received a trial and it lasted me like 5 days since I'm a hijabi.

This sunscreen immediately makes my skin feel hydrated.
Since I have oily skin and dehydrated condition, I can actually skip my moisturizer.
I did for 3 days and still loving this sunscreen.
The sunscreen texture is like a moisturizer.
It can blend so well with the skin and leave a glowing effect.
I have a picture of comparison.
Although it's not that visible, my under eye area shows a big different from before applying the sunscreen.
The before picture show my under eye wrinkle are very much visible and looked hydrated.
Meanwhile in the after picture, less wrinkle are seen.

It's also do well with makeup, which helps the natural glowing look.♥️



I get a few purge in the first two weeks trying this serum.
It's not a bad one but the purges was quite big on my chin and cheeks.

Other than that, I have no problem with it.

It has a very lightweight texture, cloudy white color with a slight smell of orange/citrus.
The smell is a quite calming, which makes me enjoy using this serum day and night before moisturizer.
It doesn't leave sticky or icky feel when applied.
In fact it absorbs easily and hydrates instantly.
It's great that it comes with a pump and just one pump is enough for every use.

I have been using this serum for two weeks.
So far there's is no significant difference for now.
My PIH are still visible yet slightly brightens.

My verdict is that this is one good vitamin c serum worth trying❤️
