I’m looking into trying to add retinol to my everyday routine . Does anyone have any recommendations either Korean or western products from Sephora ?

Any recommendations for a retinol ?

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product except I wish the toner pad was bit bigger

I don’t know much about skincare .But I have never had clear skin or blemish free skin .I recently started using Korean skincare consistently this year and I bought some products from olive young .These blemish pads have literally cleared some of the acne scars I have had since I started getting acne . I also learned what centella asiatica is and how good it’s in dealing with inflammation and aging .

Although I think it’s a good product I’m just not sure about the microneedling in a bottle claims and it really does sting when you start to press the formula into the skin.If you have sensitive skin I would say start with the 50 or 100 .And I also don’t understand where the said specules go after .

Despite all the reviews iv seen regarding this product I would say I have really been enjoying it .I like to think it does help my other products get absorbed well and I always wake up with softer skin .Although its marketed as microneedling in a bottle which is insane to think of but only Korean skincare could come up with that . It contains Niacinamide which helps with fading of dark marks ,centella Asiatica and madecassoside all in gradients that help wound healing .

So the packaging is the one downside to this product it leaks and I also feel there’s not enough toner liquid to saturate the toner pads .

I love toner pads just because they so convenient but I love these toner pads more because they have literally helped lighten up my hyperpigmentation and acne scarring . The combination of niacinamide , Tranexamic acid (anti-inflammatory ),panthenol ,PHA (mild exfoliant ) ,ascorbic acid  which are really good ingredients to see in any product marketed for hyperpigmentation .Also I use it as a sheet mask for 15 minutes .This is my true review as I bought with my own money .

I would say the dropper if I wanted to nitpick and also the turnover time is a little too long and I’m impatient to see results .

I am actually really enjoying this product .Most of my skincare contains products that improve blemishes ,post acne scars and evening out my complexion . This ampoule is so good I have been using it for about 2-3 months and I can see the improvement in my skin . The onion extract is known for antibacterial ,Parthenol (soothing) and niacinamide for anti-acne and brightening effect . I would recommend this product.
