Do you guys know how to get rid of dark circles?

Hi! What do you guys do when reviewing or trying new products then suddenly you experience breakout from using it but you haven't gotten much info to meet the brand requirements?

Can anyone recommend me affordable but quality face masks? Tried so many brand but  most of them are just me putting a wet thin cloth over my face 😆
