Moisturizer Suggestion

Hi! I want to use a moisturizer but don't know what to buy. All moisturizer i used before makes my skin feel like i didn't put any moisturizer or it feels like it's clogged and i don't like how that feels since i've got oily skin. That's why I have been skipping a moisturizer in my skincare for now. However, I've read that people with oily skin also need to moisturize. Please help me pick a moisturizer.

So I won the skin1004 ampoule and is waiting for it to arrive. I live in the philippines(NCR) and I'm confused because of this. It says unsuccessful delivery for the reason that the addressee is not available 2x. However, I'm in our house all day 24/7 and no courier arrived here. Or did i get that wrong? cause this is my first time with this kind of stuff
