I don't use make up so I thought it is not necessary for me to double cleanse, however I've seen a lot of you said that you double cleanse to remove sunscreen. Is it really necessary though? Is it not enough to just clean my face from sunscreen with wash off cleanser?

Hi pickies! I am having a serious problem with hairloss :( I noticed many shops that sells hair product in my country recommend the usage of a dermaroller along with their product for better penetration. Does anyone use a dermaroller? Is it doing its job or just a gimmick? I imagine that the hair growth after using the dermaroller will be much faster than without it.

I stumbled upon dr.Idris reel and found out that butt cream is a nice anti inflammatory ingredient. I realized its the main ingredient for most sunscreen right? So can I use my sunscreen at night to soothe my irritated skin?

Zinc Oxide

I have oily skin and i heard using coconut oil overnight is not recommended. My question is, what if its in a form of facial soap? The soap is made of 95% coconut oil so I am a bit worried. As it is a facial soap, it will only sit on top of my skin for several seconds and then water will wash it away. Will this be okay?

I heard you layer products by its thickness so the order is essence followed by serum. But what if the essence is thicker than the serum? Should I apply the serum first? Cmiiw.

1) Packaging: 10&#47;10
The box is made of sugar cane paper probably around 1 mm thick and printed with soy ink. Both are good for the environment. The bottle is made of plastic type 3 (PVC) and is quite sturdy. The sticker sticking to the bottle feels nice too, it has this velvet-ish kinda feeling but not velvet. The hole and the lid are well designed too because there&#39;s no spilling at all. 

2) Texture, Scent, Color and Finish: 10&#47;10
As expected from a toner, its texture is watery. And as stated on the attributes part, it has no fragrance on its ingredients. However it has a slightly fresh scent from its natural ingredients. I don&#39;t know  what scent it is as I am not a scent expert lol. This toner is not colorless, it is brown colored but it leaves no stain on my clothes when I spilled some of the product there once. 

I applied it using my hands by gliding through my face and then lightly tap my face until the product absorbed. I think it needs less than a minute to be completely absorbed. What I like the most is its finish. The finish is not sticky at all and it makes my skin smoother 🥺❤ 

3) Performance: 9&#47;10
So currently I am using many acids that dry my face to the point where I started feeling tightness on my face. I felt like my skin barrier is in the borderline with being damaged. I was so concerned about this so I decided to buy a toner which can help me with these concerns and my choice fell on BENTON DEEP GREEN TEA TONER. 

To be honest, I feel like it doesn&#39;t replenish moisture that well even if I put it on my face in 2 layers. Like I had mentioned above, I can feel it smoothes my skin almost immediately but then in maybe about 4 to 5 hours, I can feel the dryness again. Maybe the usage of strong acids is the cause of this. 

However the other claims are sooooo true. Everytime I get a small red bump on my face that I don&#39;t know what the cause is, I always apply this product and it really soothes that small bump and makes it disappear without leaving any mark. Before, I always let that small red bump be until it dried itself but then it always left dark spot and that dark spot was so very hard to fade 😭 It also freshens my face. I really enjoy applying this to my face because it freshens my skin and I feel like my skin is healthier and clearer.

I bought it online from Shopee for IDR96k ($6~7) and it contains 150 ml of the product. It is super cheap. Especially for a student like me, this is a very good deal 🥺❤

It is sturdy, feels nice and looks pretty. The pump is well made, you can get the product on your first time pump immediately. The bottle material is PET, while its pump is categorized as OTHER. The pump doesn&#39;t leak. 

2) Scent, Texture and Finish: 9&#47;10
When you pump the product out, you may not smell any scent, however when I sniff it, I can smell slightly acidic scent. It&#39;s not unpleasant though. This essence is watery and is thicker than my serums. It feels slippery when I applied it. The finish is not sticky if you only apply it thinly, if you apply it in 2 layers or more, you may bothered by its stickiness. Also, I feel like it gives me a slightly dewy finish. After 5 hours, my face doesn&#39;t look oily too. 

3) Performance: 8&#47;10
It does its job by building my skin barrier, it soothes my skin very well. But I think it doesn&#39;t lock that much moisture.

I bought it from Shopee Indonesia and on the box it is said to be imported by Sociolla. I got it for Rp175k which is pretty cheap especially for 100 ml product that can last probably around 3 to 4 months.

Its box is sealed with a HiddenTag hologram. So you can check its authenticity by it. This gel cream has Centella Asiatica Leaf water 70% and Tea Tree Leaf water 10% as its main ingredients, also I can find niacinamide in the ingredients list too. Centella can heal wounds, meanwhile tea tree can soothe and act as antibacterial and anti-acne property. 

This product claims to calm blemishes, brigten and can act as wrinkle care. As I don&#39;t have any wrinkle concern yet, I still don&#39;t know wheter this claim is true or not. However I find that this product can calm blemishes but I don&#39;t think it brighten my face. 

The texture is, well, it&#39;s gel. Its lightweight and easily absorbed by my skin. This product contains no fragrance but it has a nice scent, it reminds me of an ion water sold in a certain vending machine at Japan though lol. 

I use this as moisturizer in my routine. It locks all the moisture really well. My face doesn&#39;t look oily either when I use this. Oh, and I really like this one because usually when I use strong acids my face became dry, but now not anymore 🥺❤

The fragrance is strong and you actually have to rinse it off since it leaves this oily feeling on your face.

I hope this brand will become cruelty free brand in the future. I wasn&#39;t aware of this matter before so I bought this without considering that attribute.

The packaging box is so cute. I forgot to take a photo of it but it is made of cardboard. The box&#39;s design makes the bottle really safe inside. The bottle is made of black glass and that makes this product feels like a luxury. Lastly, the pump doesn&#39;t leak. 

2) Scent, Texture and Finish: 10&#47;10
It has acidic yet slightly sweet-ish scent (?). The texture is watery. When I applied it, it tingles a bit for a short time. When I glide it, it feels slippery. When I rub it a little bit hard, its texture will be like soap (?), I can see white little bubble. The finish is not sticky at all!

To be honest, the first time I applied it on my face I felt really scared as I ever experienced rashes caused by TO Peeling Solution that contains 2% BHA too. To this day I sandwiched this LCID between moisturizer upon application lol. I use this once a week and I got a really wonderful result. I use this with my TO Niacinamide and my visible pores looked minimized but only the pores on my right cheek. Dunno what&#39;s the cause of this different result betwen right and left cheek though lol. The next day waking up with LCID, I found my face a lot clearer but a little bit drier but it didn&#39;t matter because moisturizer could fix this.

You can get 28 ml of the product with only Rp148k (~$10). It is quite cheap considering its packaging and performance.
