Hi! I’m kind of new here and still confused on how often and how much of salicylic acid products are bad for me. And will this harm my skin barrier.

 I had a major break out last year and I think it was because I was drinking vitamin e pills and using a whitening set that didn’t address to my problem. 

I’m now using celeteque acne cleansing gel, nivea micellar water that i added with 10% salicylic acid (from another bottle that was meant for fungus etc.) and biore uv aqua rich sunscreen. I do this every morning and night except that I don’t use the sunscreen at night. 

I’ve been pretty consistent on this routine for a few weeks now.

Although my skin got better after using these products and got a few fungal acne left, dark spots and acne scars. 

I’m still wondering on when I should tone it down or should I continue using these products in my daily routine.

How often should I use salicylic acid in my routine?

So I recently just tried out sunscreen in my skincare routine. It’s the belo Sun Expert spf 40. And I wore it for about 8 hours but my skin looks and feels oily or is really shiny. When I wipe my finger at my face it starts making white piling like textures? Is that supposed to be normal?
