Hi pickiiies ! ☀️ I'm about to buy my first clay mask and I can't decide between these two and I'd love to have your opinion :)

So I'm doing it,  I'm going to start retinol ! I read a lot about it and know the basics. I'm going to start once a week with the sandwich method. But before I have tons of question ☝️

Are you ready ? Here we go :

- I use BHA 3x/week should I stop for a while ? 
-should I also stop my vitamin C serum for a while too ? Haha

- I have redness around my cheeks other than the sandwich method what do you do to minimise the damage ?

-I got the 0.3% retinol from good molecule. But I have hormonal acne and I'm terrified of purging (especially since it's holiday season) should I run get a lower dose instead ? (Recommendation welcome)

I'm 26- oily-combination skin- sensible-redness-hormonal acne (the whole package 🤪)

In your experience, is this moisturizer enough for winter? I started my skincare journey seriously only around last spring and I don't know much about my skin in winter. In the summer I'm definitely oily but I think I'm moving more towards combination (oily t zone and I notice dry patches on my cheeks) 
 (or dry cause it's very dry here in winter)  and I'm afraid I'll have to start my search all over again with new products. This is the only moisturizer so far with beta glucan from Iunik that doesn't create reactions like closed comodone, redness or acne. So I wanted your opinion on ordering a big batch for the next months!

I'm also planning on starting retinol soon. So would these be enough ? If not could you recommend a nice one ? 🤔

Is this enough for winter ?

This might be a silly question but, as I was looking for clay mask recommandations, some people said that they were exfoliating. Is it true ? When you do a clay mask / week or 2 does that count as a day of exfoliating? 🤔

I started retinol a little over a month ago once a week with the sandwich method. So far so good so I slowly started to increase the frequency to 1x every 3 days (still with the sandwich method) but I feel that my skin is very sensitive even when I use my propolis toner in the off days. I want to say that it makes a small burning tingling sensation (quite minimal but there) when I add it. (compromised barrier ? Or retinization? ) 

Last week I waited one week before continuing. I'm wondering if this is part of the retinization process and I should continue 1x every 3 days anyway and focus on gentle ingredients or continue 1x week and repair my barrier for a few more weeks?

I don't have much peeling or purging so far but it feels a more sensitive than before.

Love this moisturiser. It&#39;s very lightweight and my skin feels great after putting it on. It&#39;s the perfect summer moisturiser for me. I&#39;m acne-prone and it doesn&#39;t break me out. In fact, the centella is very soothing on my blemishes. I&#39;ll definitely repurchase 😊

 ▫️As stated above, it takes a bit of "work" to make it foam compare to other cleanser 

▫️When I first tried it, my first impression was that it was too stripping because my skin was really tight, but that's probably because I used it in the shower with hot water. I had no problems after that and had a great experience with this product. 🙂

I have been using this product as a morning cleanser for the past months and since switching to this cleanser, my skin has been better. 

▪️ Gentle enough to use daily without compromising my (sensitive) skin.
▪️The packaging is very simple and convenient and travels well too. 
▪️ No fragrance and has a gel-like consistency and foams a bit (It takes a little more work than other foaming cleansers to emulsify)
▪️ It lasts quite long for a bottle of this size as it doesn't take much to get the job done.
▪️ Cheap!
